Email us from the same address you used to sign in to ExMan.

To protect your account, please email us from the same Google account you used to sign in. We may ask one verification question before processing.

What happens when you delete

Profile information Name, email, profile photo, and account credentials.

Income & expense records All transactions, categories, notes, and summaries in your account.

Settings & preferences Currency, notifications, and in-app configuration.

Encrypted backups Removed automatically from backups within 30 days.

Anonymized analytics Non-identifying usage statistics that no longer link to you.

Timeline

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first by emailing pktiwari110487@gmail.com with subject "Export my data".

How long does deletion take?

We confirm email requests within 1–2 business days. Full permanent deletion (including backups) is completed within 30 days.

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Deletion is permanent. Signing up again with the same email creates a fresh account with no past data.

Can I download my data before deleting?

Yes. Email pktiwari110487@gmail.com with subject "Export my data" and we will send a copy within 30 days.

Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes. We send a final confirmation email once your account and personal data have been permanently removed.
